Nanotronix is a company specializing in glass-based precision processing and 2D/3D micro patterning.

Based on plating technology and accumulated know-how in the glass-based precision patterning of semiconductors and displays including TSV(through silicon via by all plating layers), we have developed Glass Core(glass substrate with built-in through electrode), which is one of the core technologies in the advanced packaging of semiconductor.

In particular, through-electrodes in glass substrates have been developed through all processes using pure plating(electro & electroless), and as the level of technological perfection has increased, specialized engineers from each field have established in 2023 to create a TGV specialized company.

Currently, the complete plating method TGV has reached the world's best level, and we are steadily working on upgrading it to commercialize it.

In addition, as a specialized company in 2D and 3D micro patterning based on glass substrates, we plan to expand our business to various glass substrate application.
